The decision to seek out a therapist may feel very natural to some people while uncomfortable to others. In recognizing that this is a vulnerable time, it is important to find someone that makes you feel at ease. My work focuses on initially providing support while also working to identify and build resources for future growth and stability.
My work has included providing mental health services in a variety of settings to adolescents, adults and families. Past education and experience is integrated into our work to provide appropriate treatment for your current situation to help provide a sense of relief and healing.
I have experience providing treatment to those who have symptoms of anxiety and depression, PTSD, experiences of suicidality, difficulty with concentration and motivation and those who are dealing with symptoms of grief and loss. I also work with adolescents and their families to address other difficulties unique to this life transition.
