We don't understand the source of our distress and don't know what to do to feel better. In this place, we can feel alone, stuck, lost, and scared.
This is often a time when people are ready for change-ready to look at themselves in a way they haven't before. I like meeting people in this space. There is an opening for helping them to feel at ease inside themselves and in their close relationships.
